Diagnose a specific voter's PIN
If edits to one voter aren't reaching the sheet, check whether their PIN is actually matching a row in your Voters tab.
⚠ Important — 3 steps, all required:
1️⃣ Delete all existing code in the Apps Script editor, then paste in the fresh code (don't paste on top of old code).
2️⃣ Click Deploy → New deployment — not "Manage deployments → Edit". Editing an existing deployment does not push out new code.
3️⃣ Copy the new /exec URL shown after deploying — it can change — and paste it into the Script URL field above, then click Save.
Skipping step 3 is the #1 reason a redeploy "doesn't work": the portal keeps using the old URL pointing at old code. Always finish by clicking 🔍 Test Apps Script Connection below to confirm.
Nominees Display
How many nominees voters see per category on the ballot before tapping Show all. Keeps the ballot clean — voters can always expand to see everyone.
Admin Tool Permissions
Control which tools are available to Admins. SuperAdmins always have full access regardless of these settings.

Choose which management pages are visible to Admins. SuperAdmin always sees all pages.

Voter Stats Dashboard — Display Settings

Choose which views show the Voter Participation dashboard (Total / Voted / Pending stats with clickable staff lists).

Admin Account Management

Reset an admin's password. On their next login they will be prompted to set a new one.

Voting Period & Schedule

Set optional start and end dates. The voting period info and a countdown will be visible to voters, admins, and superadmins. The manual Open / Close buttons below still take priority.
